At Anwaya Homestays, we currently do not ship physical goods as part of our primary hospitality services. However, in cases where gift vouchers, merchandise, or promotional items are offered, please review our shipping terms below:

1. Delivery of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are delivered digitally via email within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation. If you do not receive your voucher within this timeframe, please contact us.

2. Physical Merchandise (if applicable)

All merchandise is shipped via reputable courier partners. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount, as per promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Customers can use the tracking ID to monitor delivery status via the courier’s website.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical merchandise.
